Its christmas eve! EXCITING! :D

Oh my, this christmas week i have been like spending time with rciy ppl like the whole week.
LOL, we really bonded after advent camp huh?
But yeah, yesterday was caroling :) It was tiring but worth it. I think the weirdest part was that we went to nanyang poly for lunch. HAHA, i bet the students are like thinking who the heck are these people? hoho, embarrassing :/

welllll, i have to go rush out all my christmas cards now. Meeting clique at 2. Mel wanna go hougang mall. DIE, i havent got them any presents yet. :((( how how how? can belated anot? :/

We went to bishan active today to play FRISBEE and other games like mafia and all. :)
Oh and we played FREEZE and MELT too! These were like primary school games la. LOL, but it was fun la :D

Next up was subway for dinner and then HOME. :)

Yesterday, went out with KER for christmas shopping. OMG, we were like dead tired . HAHA, but it was worthwhile la. i havent spend such long hours with kerlene for ages. AND shopping with her is ALWAYS successful. I'll always manage to get something i like everytime i go shopping with her. :) we are AWESOME. 8)

I ENJOYED ADVENT CAMP TO THE FULLEST. :)

The camp was really spiritual this time round, it was different because even though the games were like not-really-fun, i still thought the camp was awesome. I loved how we got time for reflection and bonding within our groups.
Getting to know the RCIC and MIP members were interesting too. They are all really really friendly and nice :D

I guess the highlight of the camp was the Night session :)
Letting go is never easy and i finally saw the serious side of the rciy members that night.

Christmas party was fun too!
the best part is everybody played a part in making it happen. :D Ian's sauce is like delicious ttm la. LOL, he shld go be a cook. :)
Group 5 did up the room like really nicely and group 4's skit was *THUMBS UP* :D
hahaha, my group had to perform a song, we did Collide!
IM LIKE TOTALLY HOOKED ON THE SONG NOW :)


Kristen and andrew used this song for our video montage. I know i heard the song before but i nvr realised how meaningful were the lyrics. Its sucha soothing and meaningful song <3

AFTER camp, ian,edward,shan,christabelle,prischelle,kerlene and me went to KFC for lunch. We had a very very interesting conversation. It was about the strengths and problems about rciy and it was really an eye-opener to hear everybody's view on rciy. i think we shld totally have this kinda talk at the next camp so we can help make rciy better.

SO christmas is coming up, instead of focusing on presents, why not take the time to prepare your hearts for the coming of christ once again in 2010. I really hope my faith can increase year after year. :)

Lastly, i think we owe a big THANK YOU to the planning team for this advent camp. (Joel koh,shaun quek,gabby,andrew,sister angeline,kristen,adrian and shaun nathan.) You rock guys!

WELL,Band Camp 2009 was alright? hahaha, i dont really know cause i didnt really participate :) But can see that the commitee put in a lot of effort and the bandies had fun during games lah :D Music-wise.... errr.... i still think the band deproved :/

I miss the seniors :((( i miss the band we used to had la.. It was so CHIRPY. hahaha, what a word.
HAHA, the seniors should come back more often to like discipline this band a little bit and inject some fun at the same time. (cause some of the members now is really those sian sian type one lor )

YUPs, to cut the long story short,

the band NEEDS enthu hardcore band-loving recruits next year :) if not this cca would be gone forever, imagine SJC without a band. :O

Seniors were betting how principal and chow would love it if we closed , they can sell our instruments to build their INDOOR SPORTS HALL. HAHAHAHAHA. the school management abit screwed la.. everytime emphasise on sports ,damn biased. :((

i'll pray hard that our juniors would understand what band REALLY is.
